Fun-filled Christmas Gingerbread House workshops for both kids and adults, held in the Far North for three years running.

From baking and preparing gingerbread house kits for 50 kids and 30 adults each year, to marketing, event setup, logistics, recruiting volunteers and hosting, I managed every aspect of bringing these workshops to life during the busy season. While a little chaotic at times, seeing families come together made it all worthwhile. 

After running a mini workshop for children in 2022, I saw an opportunity to create a larger community event in the following years;  bringing families together before Christmas through a fun, safe, and kid-friendly activity. The workshops sold out within a week each year, becoming a popular seasonal event in the community.
